My educational degrees are in Counselling Psychology (MEd) and Curriculum & Instruction (PhD).
I believe the relationship between the client and therapist is collaborative. I see myself as a guide in the process of individual and couple therapy and I focus on what the client sees as most relevant to the resolution of their distress. I invite clients to share their individual and marriage counselling process, so that we can reach the best outcomes in a time efficient way.
Ontario Practice
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT) and a clinical member of the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I offer easy-to-connect online video therapy sessions for individual and couple therapy clients throughout the Province of Ontario and Nova Scotia using a secure connection.
